1. Acceptance of terms

By using FlexRadiant.pk you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the site.

2. Orders and payment

All prices are in PKR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Cash on delivery is available nationwide. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

3. Shipping and delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Delays due to courier, weather, or other factors outside our control are not our responsibility.

4. Returns and refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original packaging. Prescription lenses and custom-coated items are non-refundable.

5. Prescription accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate prescription details. We cannot be held liable for incorrect vision resulting from a prescription you provided.

6. Limitation of liability

FlexRadiant's total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
